Yes, there are some stairs, and the ones leading up to the movement spaces can feel like a lot, especially if stairs are challenging for you. There are also gentle slopes throughout the property. That said, everything is well-maintained and safe, with handrails and support where needed. You can always take your time, pause when needed, and Jay is there to help guide and support you through it.
